Published in 2012, the GM Energy Plan was devised by the Greater Manchester Energy Group, a mix of public and private sector leaders who work together to support an affordable, low carbon energy future for Greater Manchester.  This plan, CONNECTED, sets out the current situation, potential issues and proposed solutions for a more sustainable and secure energy future.
